Wanna be in one?

I've...discovered a method of getting pretty much anyone in a podcast. Basically, my cellphone can record the audio of the other person, not mine, but whoever I'm talking to. I have a wireless xbox 360 headset and the wireless gaming reciever for my computer, I can use them together and use my headset with my PC. So it's pretty simple, I wear the headset and talk on the phone in the other ear, I record the phone convo and the headset at the same time (I'll use Vegas to record my voice and my phone to record the person's), then I'll grab the audio file off my cell phone and drop it into a track in Vegas, mix em together and boom, we have a conversation. This is what I wanted to do with Wiz of Waz before he left, but he never returned any phone calls after I thought of this, so he never got to try it out. If anyone is willing to give me their phone number, we can schedule a time where we can have a conversation and I'll feature you in a podcast. This saves you from having to buy a mic, and me from coordinating our recording and working out how to get the file from you. Sure, the quality isn't great, but it's better than nothing. My phone can record only 5 minutes during a call, but we can piece together multiple portions (meaning I can start recording for 5 minutes, and start a timer, then let you know when it's almost up, then start another recording session and cut them together.

So, let me know if you want to be featured, I know Ec1yptic already posted his cell number, all I need is his permission to call him and when I can, I'd like to feature him, and anyone else who wants to.

Not everyone has a computer mic, this is for people who don't have one and don't have the money or desire to buy one.

old karaoke mics and such will have 2.5 so they should work too.

3.5, not 2.5, 2.5 is what cell and home phones use. 3.5 is a headphone jack, so that's what a computer uses. But like I said, not everyone has a computer mic.

Wow...this topic hasn't been posted to in over 2 years...In fact, I don't think a podcast has been made in almost (or more than) 2 years...lemme see...

Just about. July 23 2008 was when I uploaded the podcast with Wiz of Waz and I. Man...that's crazy. I remember he came into Circuit City when I was working there and bought his mic from me, then we went and chilled for a bit when I went on break. Good times...
