it is, and anyone probably could've got it. it confused me for about a half hour and I asked my friend and he looked at it and said since you really can't make a word out of it, it probably had to do with numbers so I looked at it for another 20 min. and figured it out. also HaLo2FrEeEk gave a huge clue when he said

Lol, I tried putting the letters to their length from A but then I got a pattern which suggested E.
