Yes, teh new Admin. It's been a long time coming, and I don't think anyone will disagree that he deserves it. Poisonblood has been with us for almost 3 years, and he's been a valued member for almost a month! Nah, I'm kidding, he's been a devoted and active member on Infectionist from the start. Please, everyone, join me in congratulating him on his promotion to Admin. I caught up with him to ask him a few questions about himself, interview style:

Q: What is your name and Gamertag?
A: My full name is Barry Ryan Wray and my gamertag is Poisonblood.

Q: How did you first hear about Infectionist?
A: I first heard of Infectionist from you. I was an active member on a forum called Masterlegit (ML) and one day you were advertising.

Q: What made you join our ranks?
A: The site Masterlegit died and I was stuck with no where to go. I saw your link, and since I knew you, I joined. It was the best thing I could have done.

Q: Lol <3. Ok, how long have you been with us?
A: I first joined the site on April 11th 2007, but didn't start posting until a month or two later.

Q: So that means...2 years, 9 months, and 22 days. Ok, no prejudice here, what is your favorite video game and system?
A: My favorite console would be the Xbox 360, it's got so many great games. My favorite game, well, there's more than one...I love every Halo game, but Halo 3 gave me the most enjoyable gameplay. I also love World of Warcraft, I don't care what you think. And one of my most favorite games, Time Splitters Future Perfect. The game allowed you to build your own map from scratch, change lighting, npc (non-playable characters,) and so much more.

Q: WoW...I mean, Wow. So, enough with the formality, now for the personal questions. If you could be another person for a day, who would it be?
A: Another person, huh? Well, other than you I'd be Bill Gates.

Q: Haha, any reason other than the obvious?
A: Well I'd be rich of course. Other than that I would be able to fix all the Xbox's problems and listen to the gamers.

Q: Nice. What is your favorite movie?
A: There are tons of amazing movies that I have seen, but the newest, and best in my eyes...Inglorious Basterds.

Q: Lame. Favorite song?
A: Yes, I am lame [editor's note: straight from the horse's mouth!] and my favorite song switches to something new every week. This week you may ask? My Life be Like (Ooh-Aah) by Grits.

Q: Never heard it, it must suck. What is your birthday?
A: My birthday is August 7, 1996. Young, aye?

Q: You crazy kids, eh, GET OFF MY LAWN! Lol. So, what do you hope to offer Infectionist as an Administrator?
A: I offer change, but in reality I hope to bring in more activity, new machinimas, regular updates, contests and many more exciting announcements.

Q: Sounds good to me. Do you do anything exciting in the real world? Hobbies, interests?
A: I used to play basketball, but I took a break this year. I love to hang and joke with friends. I also love video games and machinima. So, no, nothing exciting.

Q: Sounds like me, only without the basketball...and friends :(. Well that about wraps it up, anything you want to ask me?
A: Do you think Halo: Reach will be worth the hype?

My answer: I can't really say at this point, but I sure hope so. It looks like a great game so far and the visuals are amazing, you know how I love me mah graphics.
