So, my brother called me about 3 weeks ago and offered my an idea. He said that he can get me a job at the restaraunt where he works (he is the Sue Chef, second in command in the kitchen) down in Texas. I thought at first "hell no", I didn't want to move. Well, I thought about it some more and yeah, I'm gonna do it.

The place we're moving to is called Spring, it's right outside of Houston. The Fiancee and I are both going. There are drawbacks, though.

First off, I won't be able to get on for a while, here or xbox live or Justin tv. I'll need someone to take care of the site for me while I'm gone, ok. It might be a week it might be 2 months...I don't know. I'll be living with my dad for a while until we can get enough saved up to get our own place, at which time we'll probably get internet again. I've got the site pretty much set up for someone else to run it, all I need is...someone to run it.

Second, I'll be working more, so even after I do have internet I won't be able to get om either of those 3 things as much as I do now. It's a sacrifice I have to make, and it sucks, but it'll be good for both of us in the long run. It'll be worth it.

At this point, I don't know who I want to run the site in my absense. There are a few people I have in mind, but none have all the qualities I am looking for. Think of this like a job, because that's what it is. Sure, you're allowed to be late, the internet forgives most times, but it's still a full-time job running this place, even as inactive as it is. The person that I choose will be required to be active in the forums, make news posts and frontpage the important posts (even other people's posts), make sure everything stays in working order, coordinate movies and tournies, etc. I WILL CHOOSE this person, it will not be an ask and recieve thing. In fact, the person that asks will probably NOT be chosen for the job. I hope that you all understand why. You have to deserve this, long-time Infectionist members and/or loyal Infectionist members are the names in the hat, as it were.

Another thing is this. I will have some amount of Internet while I'm with my dad, he hooks up to his neighbors wireless when he can, I will be checking in and if Ifeel that the site isn't being as active as it can be (understanding, of course, that it's not me running it) then I will seriously consider simply shutting it down. It's not a bill that I need to pay, as cheap as it is...it's just not a need, it's a want. I trust that you all understand what this means and that you are all loyal enough to this site and to Infectionist to keep it alive in my absense. As you can see I take this very seriously. 3 years we've been around, and it's been a great 3 years, I'd hate to see it go to waste.

This isn't a goodbye, everyone, goodbye is what people say when they won't see each other again. This is a...til later. I will come back, and the person that runs the site in the meantime, if they did a good job, will probably be the new co-admin, but it all depends on how the 2 months goes. We shall see.

As of right now, July is our last month in Washington, we've put in our notice to leave at our apartment here, we've started looking up moving trucks, and thinking about what we're going to keep. It's all a matter of time now.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication, and by "all", you know who I'm talking about and you're smiling to yourself right now. Thank you.

Btw, I DO have until the end of July, so this isn't farewell yet, it's forewarning.

Congrats on the job!

And hey, sounds cool, Texas should hopefully be fun (very different though) and should be a good experience (bringing MC?)

If you need help closing up shop or something, ask, will do my best to help.

And I am sure all of us here would love to keep the site going and add some content and help it stay at its present strength.

BTW, how goes the whole justin broadcast thing, haven't got on there in a while (told them your name yet?)

And one last idea, lets try to get a film out, one of your last hurra's for a while.

And we will eventually get a movie done. We've got so much planning we just need to put our noses to the grindstone and do it.

good job on the job h2f. and if im on the list take me off. (tell me if i was :P) i wont be much active for a couple months as i havent been for a month. i have my job and then i have my friends i hang with so basically im not at home from 10:45 till 10

but im sure whoever does get chosen shall do well.
