Goodbye, dearest Bungie.

Folks...Bungie has officially left the building. Announced a few months back, the final stages of the transfer of all Halo-related data were finalized as of midday March 31st. With this comes the end of stat tracking through Bungie.net, as well as many Bungie-specific features like File Share, Render to Video, and, for the developers out there, the Halo: Reach Stats API.

This is a sad day indeed, but alas, in the coming months we now have 343 Industries to look to for our Halo-loving goodness. And it just wouldn't be Bungie if they didn't leave us with some jaw-dropping stats about their labor of love...and ours.

Say that with me, in English:

twenty billion, eight hundred eighty million, two hundred fifty thousand, one hundred and twenty three games. Ho...ly...hell.

All that and we managed to not break Bungie's servers! At least...not much, or often.

And finally, it, again, wouldn't be Bungie if they didn't hide some cute little reminders that they are, after all, still Bungie, within their stat graphic. If you want to look for them yourself, go for it (I'm sure some of you have already found them), but if you just want to be given the gold, then here ya go:
