Or just right, who knows. Anywho, I haven't been around for a while. I needed a vacation, some time away. I'm sorry if I left without warning, but I felt that telling you guys what I was doing would sort of ruin what I was going for. I hoped that taking a leave of absence would help the site pull together and sort of run itself, without me. I can't say I was disappointed. Just because I wasn't actually coming to the site doesn't mean I wasn't able to keep track of activity, that's one of the perks of having direct access to the database :)

Anyway, I've been away, working on other things. A few of you have still been keeping up with me on Twitter, and I appreciate it, makes me feel special. According to TweetDeck I make an average of 48 tweets a day, but I know it's a little more than that. I've become addicted to Twitter now, so if you want to stay in touch with me almost 24/7, that's the way to do it. I started a new Twitter for the project I'm almost done with, the Halo: Reach Challenge Initiative (HRCI), you can follow me @ReachChallenge. HRCI is the project I posted about some months ago, where users can log on and post tips on the best way to complete the challenges, and those tips can be commented or voted on. It's gotten pretty popular in the short time I've been advertising it, and I'm super close to opening it up the general public, so keep an eye out for that. Good things should come of it, too. I've been talking to bsangel, the community manager at 343 Industries, and she said that she might be able to provide me with some stuff to give away on the Twitter, to generate a little more interest in the site.

At any rate, I don't want to come back and immediately fall back into my old ways of novel-writing, so I'll cut this short. Don't think I left because I didn't like you, Infectionist has been my baby for almost 5 years now and I don't plan on changing that any time soon. I still <3 you all.
