 Post subject: "Halo 3 or Reach Machinima Short" Contest |

Hey guys. I thought with all the slow activity in the machinima department of Infectionist Machinima, that we could use a machinima contest, with a fabulous prize (let me get back to you on that.. possibilities at the bottom). I really wanna see what everyone's capable of, and should bring a good invasion to our current collection of machinimas. More variety to the site, plus some more experience of machinima skills and quite possibly a spark in production ;)
Contest Rules:
•Read this
•Must be 1-5 minutes of length.
•Must credit Infectionist in beginning or end credits
•One submission per user
•Send raw file, don't upload to your own version to YouTube yet.
•Other members can only help each other with voice acting or spartan puppeteering, nothing more or less.
•Please send your download link to me in PM. Show no one else. This might make the voting round biased or unbalanced. I want you all to take all the machinimas in at once and get a fresh idea of which is the best.
If I missed anything you find important, suggest it. Maybe an intro for download, H2F?
Possible Prizes:
$10 Paypal (if I'm able to sell this one gamertag)
XbL Subscription
400 Microsoft Points

You're getting-of-capture-card also motivated me to do this. Good luck with yours, maybe do Interviewer ;) Or that I puased time thing. That one was interesting. I actually was thinking of doing that one a few days when I wanted to make a machinima between H2F's Too Much YouTube idea, but his sounded simpler.

I could try to do interviewer. But since school has started, I don't think that I would have enought time for voices, editing etc. I going to try to do something simple, but fun! (eg. music video) p.s. Still at school

Umm, I can't record anything, would I be able to have someone else, another contestant, record it for me? I have a small short idea, and it'd be fun to make, but I haven't created it due to the not-having-CC.(Capture Card)

Sure, but you gotta record your cuts and angles and you're gonna have to edit (of course).
